To add a person in Athennian, navigate to the People tab on the left. Once you've created a Person Record, you can connect that person to Entities as a director, officer, shareholder, or other roles.

Creating a Person Record

To create a New Person Record, navigate to the People tab on the left-hand menu within the Entity Manager view.

Clicking on the People tab will bring up the full list of People Records that you have entered into Athennian—because you've just started out, you'll likely have no contacts.

Once you're inside the People tab, navigate to the blue + New button on the top left-hand side. This will bring up a New Person workflow.

A New Person workflow works the same as a New Entity workflow. Once the card is open, you can manually enter the requested information, including Last Name, First Name, Email and Gender. You can also enter a short Bio on the person.

To assign an address to a person, you can either manually enter the information, search for the address using Google Maps or Import the address from another person.

To Import an address, select Select profile in the Import from profile field. Once you make this selection, select either Person or Entity from the dropdown list and find the person/entity from which you would like to import the address. If the person/entity has multiple addresses, a new field will pop up prompting you the make a selection from the list of addresses. Select the appropriate address. Once you make your selection, the address fields will automatically be populated.

Add Another Address

You can add additional addresses to any Person Record by navigating to the Address tab within the record and clicking on the blue + New button.

Your new address will now show up within the Address tab of this specific Person Record. This is where all of the addresses for this particular contact will exist over time. You can select a specific address of a person when adding the person to entities.

Under the Interests tab, you can find all the relationships that a person has with any entity. Under the Principal tab, you can see director, officer and manager relationships. Under the Shareholder tab, you can see any ownership interests, including voting and equity percentages.
