Removing a principal is similar to the appointment of a principal. Navigate to the entity to which the director is appointed, select the Directors tab, and then select the office from which you want to delete the director.
Select the offices you want to change by selecting the records. Once selected, it will open the change status toolbar.
⚡️Pro Tip: You can select desktops from the offices type tabs to edit multiple offices types at once.
Once you have selected the offices that you want to resign, you can start editing using the toolbar.
Select the Status on which you want to change (probably outgoing or inactive), select the End Date, then click Apply to apply your changes.
The status of the offices will then be modified. You can then generate your supporting documents by accessing Tasks and selecting the Change Principals task.
