This week we've released some key updates to our platform for our amazing customers!

  • Added the ability to update Transactions with pending status without requiring to confirm it.
  • Added support for up to 3 address lines throughout the Athennian platform.
  • Added the ability to create new entity from template with option to duplicate Virtual Minute Book and/or Entity Document folder structures and other Entity template additions.
  • Added UX improvements for Transaction workflows to display ‘no certificates’ message if user is attempting to draw from a shareholding with no available certificates to draw from.
  • Added the ability to export shareholding table to .CSV file for download in Entity > Transactions.
  • Added UX to prevent previous name tags from being removed easily.
  • Added support for OKTA (currently not configured on any white-labels).
  • Added UX to confirm required check-boxes.
  • Fixed BC e-file Entity address truncation issue.
  • Fixed other consideration not updating on Transaction modal.
  • Fixed various change of company bugs.
  • Fixed view documents from task document merge navigating to wrong entity
  • Fixed Entity name from being changed to empty string.
  • Fixed corporate events won’t be made for administrative edit or previous names array if option isn’t selected.
  • Fixed toaster error from appearing when saving an imported Entity.
  • Fixed issue with Windows Chrome browser not lazy loading properly.
  • Fixed issue with creating new Entity not getting created properly.
  • Fixed change of principals task scoping issue.
  • Fixed entity registered office address not being created on entity creation even if address information is entered.
  • Added many other subtle enhancements to allow our customers to work more securely and efficiently.
