This week we've released some key updates to our platform for our amazing customers!

  • Launched Ontario e-File - Corporate formation workflow.
  • Added new currency string and default currency fields to Document Automation (DXT).
  • Added “Minute Book” reason to notes on overview.
  • Added by-law entries and general note to detailed articles and By-laws view.
  • Added “Participating upon dissolution” checkbox to share class rights.
  • Updated DXT variable for ‘note’ in transaction to be ‘otherConsideration’.
  • Fixed the issue with searching beyond first page of pagination table.
  • Fixed issue with custom prompts that don’t prompt when opening an existing task.
  • Fixed issues with expired team invites from persisting.
  • Fixed issue with entries of zero (0) shares for shareholder not showing up in interest list.
  • Temporarily removed the ability to "Admin Delete" option from certificate and shareholding modals - Admin Delete was causing data integrity issues for inexperienced users.
  • Added many other subtle enhancements to allow our customers to work more securely and efficiently.
