To update transactions and related share certificates, navigate to the entity whose transaction you want to update.

Once you are in the entity's profile, select the Securities tab from the lefthand side of the screen and then select Shares as shown below.

Once you're in the Transactions tab, click on the transaction record you wish to modify. In the new window that pops up, scroll down to the bottom and check off Administrative Edit. Checking this off will allow you to make the necessary modifications. You can update the shares issued, price per share, transaction date, etc. by clicking into the various fields. Once you've made the changes, click Update. You will notice that the changes will be made in the transaction record.

Navigate to the Certificates tab to make the necessary changes to the corresponding share certificate. You will notice a yellow dot at the beginning of the record indicating that the certificate needs to be modified.

If you click into the certificate, you will notice that the Administrative Edit box is automatically checked off, and that the description of the issuance reflects the changes made to the transaction.

You will be able to make the necessary modifications to reflect the changes made in the transaction record. Once you've made the changes, select Update. You will next need to click Repair at the far right of the certificate record and Validate next to Registers/Ledgers.
