To update transactions and related share certificates, navigate to the entity whose transaction you want to update.

Once you are in the entity's profile, select the Securities tab from the lefthand side of the screen and then select Shares as shown below.

Once you're in the Transactions tab, click on the transfer record you wish to modify. In the new window that pops up, scroll down to the bottom and check off Administrative Edit. Checking this off will allow you to make the necessary modifications. Change the shares issued, price per share, etc. by clicking into the various fields. Once you've made the changes, click Update. You will notice that the changes will be made in the transaction record. Do the same thing for the Balance (Transfer) record.

Navigate to the Certificates tab to make the necessary changes to the corresponding share certificates. You will notice a yellow dot at the beginning of each of the certificate records indicating that the certificates needs to be modified.

Click into the cancelled certificate, navigate to the Cancel tab and in Reason for cancellation, select Other and type "[new amount of shares] transferred to [transferee]", then select Update.

Click into transferee's share certificate and the balance share certificate and make the necessary modifications to reflect the changes made in the transaction records. Once you've made the changes, select Update for each certificate.

Once the changes are made, click Repair at the far right of each of the certificate records and then click Validate next to Registers/Ledgers.
