Early Access Toggle

We’ve launched a new feature that allows you to preview changes to your workflows before they’re rolled out permanently. From the Early Access toggle, you can change the view of a few different modals in the app. This toggle changes the view only for you for the current session you are in, not for your whole organization. Please note that you can enter data, combine records, or modify your information in either view and it will be saved. 

If you get to a place where you feel confident navigating the new upcoming changes, you do have the opportunity to turn them on permanently before the scheduled feature release date. If you're interested in this, please contact your CSM to get the updates turned on in advance. These changes will be live in your environment for everyone on October 11, 2023. 

What’s new? 

With the goal of driving efficiency, by reducing the number of clicks it takes to get through commonly used workflows, we've streamlined information entry and management in the following areas:

  • Principals, Registrations and Affiliations workflows.
    (Please note that Registrations will be updated very soon.)

  • Combined Shared and Profile Address into a single Addresses section.

We’ve also revamped our global navigation labels to provide a smoother, more cohesive experience. What have we changed?

  • Simplified our navigation labels to accurately reflect each section's purpose and content.
  • Aligned the People and Entity records sections for a more harmonious user interface. 
  • Condensed People and Entity sections to remove redundant or repetitive information.
