Take full control over how you view and manage Entity data with Custom Fields as editable Columns. Now, you can set display rules to add Custom Field variables directly into the main Entities table. This makes it easier to tailor your views to match your specific workflow, so you can stay organized and efficient.
Available plans: All customers with the Custom Fields add-on can access this feature. If you require additional Custom Fields, please contact your CSM to make a request.
To add Custom Fields as Columns in the Entity List view, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Entities section on the left-hand side
- Click on the Edit Columns tab at the top of the screen
- Select the Custom fields tab and check the boxes for the fields you want to include
- In the Selected Columns section, you can drag and drop the columns to arrange them in your desired order
- Click the blue Apply button in the bottom right corner to save the changes
