Create the Reminder

In Athennian, you are able to set a reminder for your Tasks to ensure you never miss any filings or compliance tasks

  1. Navigate to the Tasks Section of the Entity
  2. Select the applicable Task which you would like to set the reminder for
  3. Click on the Set Reminder box (with the bell icon) on the right-hand side, towards the top of the page
  4. The Email & Notification Reminder modal will appear with a drop down option
  5. From the dropdown select either to Send both an email and a notification, Send an Email Only or Send a notification only
  6. Select the mandatory Due Date from the calendar provided 
  7. In the field below, select the frequency of the reminder (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Custom or No Repeat)
  8. You are able to edit the Message to be sent in the reminder in the following field
  9. In the Priority dropdown, select the applicable priority 
  10. In the Recipients field, select recipient by typing the users name in Search for users field
  11. Click on Create to finalize the reminder
  12. A green banner will appear stating Reminder is Set
