Open the Notifications modal to swiftly view and efficiently manage your Reminders.

Overview

The Notifications modal allows users to view, filter, create, edit, and delete reminders.

Availability: All customers.


Access Reminders

  1. Click the bell icon in the top right-hand corner of the page to open the Notifications modal
  2. Click the Reminders tab and manage your reminders by using the filter dropdowns below:

Filter Reminders

  1. Click on the Modified dropdown to choose the sorting order
    • Modified Date
    • Created Date
    • Type of Task
  2. Click on the Priority dropdown to filter by priority level
    • Very High
    • High
    • Medium
    • Low
    • Very Low
    • None
  3. Click on the Page dropdown to adjust the page view (5, 10, 20, 50 or 100)
    • Note: If multiple pages of reminders exist, use the arrow icon to select which page to view

Create a Reminder

  1. In the Reminders tab, click the + icon to create a new reminder
    • Important:
      • This creates a standalone reminder not associated with any entity.
      • To create a reminder for a task, navigate to the Tasks section of an entity. Learn more in this article: Set a Task Reminder.
  2. In the Reminder modal, enter the necessary details:
    • Notification Preference: Check the boxes to Send an email, Send a notification, or both
    • Delivery Date*: Specify the initial date for the reminder to be sent [YYYY-MM-DD format]
    • Repeats*: Select Does not repeat (default) or specify a frequency such as:
      • Daily
      • Weekly: on the weekday set in the delivery date (e.g., Weekly on Thursday)
      • Annually: on the day and month set in the delivery date (e.g., Annually on October 16)
      • Every weekday (Monday to Friday)
      • Custom to define a specific schedule:
        • Repeats Every*: Select how often the reminder repeats, e.g., every [X] Days, Weeks, Months, Years.
          • If selecting Repeats Every [X] Week: an option becomes available to specify the days of the week (M, T, W, T, F, S, S) under Repeats On
          • If choosing Repeats Every [X] Month(s) and the delivery date falls on the 29th, 30th, or 31st): check the box For days that don’t occur in each month, deliver the report on the last day of the month if applicable
        • Ends*: Choose to end On a specific date [YYYY-MM-DD format], After [X] occurrences, or Never
    • Time*: Select the time of day for the reminder to be sent, displayed in 15-minute intervals
    • Timezone*: Select the appropriate timezone from the dropdown
    • Priority: Click on the drop-down menu and select either Very High, High, Medium, Low, Very Low priority or None
    • Select Users*: Type the name of the internal user and choose them from the dropdown list. Repeat this step to add more users.
    • Message*: Add a message to be sent to users in the reminder
  3. Click Create reminder to complete the process
  4. A green banner will appear on the left-hand side of the page stating Reminder created successfully

Edit a Reminder

  1. In the Reminders tab, locate the reminder to edit
  2. Click the pencil icon on the corresponding task to open the Reminder modal
  3. Modify the necessary fields as needed. Refer to the 2. step in the Create a Reminder section above.
  4. Click Save changes to finalize the edit
  5. A green banner will appear on the left-hand side of the page stating Reminder created successfully

Discard a Reminder

  1. In the Reminders tab, locate the reminder to delete
  2. Click the pencil icon on the corresponding task to open the Reminder modal
  3. Click Discard reminder (with bin icon), located at the bottom left-hand corner of the modal
  4. A green banner will appear on the left-hand side of the page stating Reminder deleted successfully
