Athennian has made it easy for you to stay on top of your task reminders with just a few clicks. To either delete, edit or manage your reminders, simply follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Notifications bell icon in the top right-hand corner of any page
- In the Reminders tab, you will be able to manage your reminders by using the filter dropdowns below:

- Modified - select either Modified, Created, or Type to organize the view of your reminders
- Priority - choose which priority to display (Very High, High, Medium, Low, Very Low or None)
- Page - select which page to view (5, 10, 20, 50 or 100)
- To delete a reminder, click on the bin icon. This will automatically delete the reminder
- To edit a reminder, click on the pencil icon and edit the necessary fields (Due Date, Frequency, Message, Priority and Recipients). Once completed, click on Update to save the changes
