Understanding Entity Relationships
The Relationships tab allows you to view an entity's Chart, Interests, and Associations. Below you will find a description of each of these different tabs and what they allow you to see in Athennian.
Charts
The Charts tab shows ownership relationships between entities described as percentages. Charts in Athennian are automatically generated based on the equity transactions that are created in the Securities tab. Check out Chart Basics to learn more.
Interests
In the Interests tab, you will find a list of all records where an entity holds a key role in another entity such as a principal, shareholder, optionholder, warrantholder title, or where an entity is listed as being a member of a committee of another entity. To export this list to a CSV file, select Export at the top of the list.
Associations
In the Associations tab, you will find a list of all records where an entity is referenced in an address or registration. To export this list to a CSV file, select Export at the top of the list.
Understanding People Relationships
The relationships in people profiles are split up into two tabs: Interests and Associations. Below you will find a description of each of these tabs and what they allow you to see in Athennian.
Interests
In the Interests tab, you will find a list of all records where a person holds a key role in another entity such as a principal, shareholder, option holder, warrant holder title, or where a person is listed as being a member of a committee of another entity. To export this list to a CSV file, select Export at the top of the list.
Associations
In the Associations tab, you will find a list of all records where a person is referenced in an address or registration of an entity. To export this list to a CSV file, select Export at the top of the list.
