Learn how to revive an entity in Athennian!
Reviving an entity in Athennian is super quick and easy to do, all you have to do is create a revival task and follow the workflow! Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to revive an entity:

Navigate to the profile of the entity you would like to revive - the status of this entity should currently be set to Closed;

Navigate to the Tasks section of that entity and click + New to create a new task;

In the Memo Description, title the task;

In the task Type field, select Revival from the dropdown list - you will notice a 2. Revival tab appear;

Navigate to the 2. Revival tab and enter the Effective Date and Resolution Date;

In the Revival Reason field, give the reason for the revival of the entity;

If the entity has a new name, enter it in the New Company Name field and fill in the other required fields for the name change;

Navigate to the 3. Supporting Documents tab and select + Supporting Documents;

Check off the templates you would like to use to generate your supporting documents for the revival, and then click Add;

Click Create in the bottom righthand corner of your task, and then click Generate Documents;

Click View Documents Now to be redirected to the Documents section of the entity to review, complete, sign and file the document(s);

Once the documents are completed, navigate back to the Tasks section, click into the revival task and change the status of the task to Completed by clicking the New button in the top righthand corner and selecting Completed from the dropdown list;

Once you change the status of the entity to Completed, you will be prompted to confirm that you would like to revive the entity and reinstate its principals, and that you would like the entity's status to be changed to Confirmed as at the effective date;

Click Confirm to confirm the revival, and then Save and Close the task.
