Overview
Bulk Edit Tasks lets users update key task fields across multiple tasks at once from the Task list. Teams can change due dates, priorities, assignees, tags, and details in bulk, with all changes tracked in the Global Audit Trail.
Availability: Customers on the Professional and Enterprise plans.
Update Multiple Tasks at Scale
Bulk Edit Tasks makes it easy to adjust ownership, timing, and priorities when work shifts across funds, entities, or teams. This functionality supports operational control at scale by allowing bulk updates while maintaining auditability and accountability.
Navigate to the Tasks section in the side navigation bar
Select the checkboxes next to the specific Tasks requiring updates
Click the X selected button that now appears at the top of the list
Select Edit from the dropdown menu that appears

In the Edit Tasks modal, select the mandatory Field* requiring updates from the below:
Due Date
Priority
Assignee
Tags
Details
Modify the specific field values as needed
Choose to either Add to existing or Replace existing when updating Tags
Click Next
Review the changes carefully
Type UPDATE in the confirmation field to acknowledge that these changes are permanent and will change the selected field value for all selected tasks
Click Save
Refresh the page to view the implemented changes in the Tasks list
Track Bulk Changes
All modifications made through the bulk edit tool are captured to ensure system integrity and transparency.

Review all bulk updates in the Global Audit Trail to see the timestamp, the user who performed the update, and the specific Tasks modified

Note that the Creator of a Task cannot be changed to maintain an accurate system audit of who originally initiated the work
Ensure Assignees have the appropriate access permissions to the relevant Entities before performing a bulk reassignment
