Submitting Product Feedback & Feature Requests

Customer feedback is essential to guiding and informing our Product Team on what features are needed to make your lives easier! Our goal is to enhance Athennian for both short and long-term success.

To search, collaborate, submit, track, and otherwise manage official customer product feedback, we recommend that you use our Feedback Center, rather than within the Community. This ensures the Athennian Product Team can gather all the right details, and that you have what you need as well.

If you have any questions or feel that your feedback is not being prioritized properly, please contact Athennian for additional support.

Submit Feedback

First, we recommend you search the Feedback Center to see if your request has already been submitted by someone else! Requests with the most collaboration and impact will likely be prioritized higher by our product team. To do this, skip to the next section called Feedback Center.

Access to the Feedback Center is located within 2 parts of the Athennian Application.

Explore Feedback

The bulk of the Feedback Center functionality is located directly within the portal. To login, you must use the steps above.

  • How can my coworker submit feedback if they do not have an Athennian account?
    • We recommend you send them the questions below, so they can send them to you for official submission. Please remember that this information is available to all other Athennian customers.
      • What is your request or problem?
      • What outcome are you trying to achieve?
      • Optional:
        • What is your current work around?
        • Files or screenshots.
        • Any appropriate, identifiable information such as your department, job title, role, etc.
