Use Athennian's pre-built Cap Table to summarize and report on the Securities data for an Entity. This process generates an Excel sheet with two distinct tabs, providing both a high-level summary and detailed breakdowns of ownership.
Overview
The generated Cap Table will create an Excel sheet with two tabs:

Summary Capitalization Table: Summarizes the total number of outstanding Shares or Units and percentage of ownership across all Classes in the Entity.

Detailed Capitalization Table: Breaks down the number of outstanding Shares or Units and percentage of ownership for each holding in the Entity.
Generate a Cap Table
- Navigate to the desired Entity
- Select the Securities section of the entity, then select Ownership.
- In the top-right corner, click the Generate button.
- From the dropdown menu, select Cap Table.
- To generate a current Cap Table, leave the As-At Date field blank.
- To generate a Cap Table as of a specific date, click the As-At Date field and use the calendar pop-up to select a date.
- Click Export.
The generated Cap Table will be saved as an Excel (.xlsx) file and will be available in the web browser's download files.
