The following feature will be rolled out to customers in multiple phases, starting on April 24. If you're not seeing it in your environment by then, it will be available to you in the near future. If you have any questions, feel free to contact your CSM.
The Debt feature in Athennian introduces a powerful and structured way to track intercompany shareholder loans. Designed with clarity and control in mind, this feature enables legal, finance, and operations teams to document, manage, and report on debt instruments between entity records — all within the Athennian platform.
Currently, the feature supports entity-to-entity loans only (not people or multi-party loans). Each loan record is created and owned by a lender entity and assigned to a single borrower entity. This ensures traceability and a clean audit trail of all related transactions.
Availability: Customers on the Professional and Enterprise plans.
