We've upgraded our feedback tool to the Athennian Ideas Portal, a more structured and strategic way to collect and track product feedback.

What's Changing?

Feedback Themes – All requests go directly to our Product Team, where they are reviewed and grouped into broader product themes.

Greater Transparency – While individual requests won't be listed, collective ideas based on shared needs will be published in the portal.

Better Outcomes for Everyone – By focusing on widely requested improvements, we ensure product enhancements deliver greater value rather than niche solutions.

How It Works

🔹 Submit feedback – You can still share your feedback directly through the portal.

From the Dashboard, click on the "View Now" option under the Feedback Center tile. Click on the Submit Feedback button located at the top right of the screen. Enter what problem you're trying to solve, specify whether it's a must-have or nice-to-have, and hit Submit.

🔹 Requests are Reviewed – Our Product Team assesses every submission and categorizes it into broader themes, now called Ideas.

🔹 Collective Ideas are Published – While individual requests will not appear in the portal, grouped feedback that aligns with shared priorities will be published to all users.

🔹 Ongoing migration of past feedback – We have brought all previously submitted feedback into this new system to ensure nothing is lost.

Addressing Your Questions

Q: How do I see what I've submitted?
A: Individual feedbacks are not listed and cannot be reviewed. Instead, related ideas will be reflected in the portal as we identify broader themes.

Q: How do I know my feedback is being considered?
A: Every submission is reviewed by our Product Team. Even if it doesn't appear in the portal immediately, it is being assessed and categorized.

Q: What if my idea isn't listed in the portal?
A: Not all requests will be published individually, but they are still valuable. If your idea aligns with a broader theme, it will contribute to shaping future product decisions.

Q: Is there a way to follow up on my request?
A: We are always available to discuss your feedback as a team, and the Ideas Portal will showcase the collective needs we are prioritizing.

Q: What types of feedback can I submit through the Ideas Portal?
A: You can submit feedback on any aspect of Athennian that you'd like to see improved. This includes feature requests or any other improvements that would benefit your workflow.

Q: How do I access the Ideas Portal?
A: From your Athennian Dashboard, click on 'View Now' under the Feedback Center tile (at the bottom right of the screen). You can then use the blue 'Submit Feedback' button to share your suggestions.
