Overview
The left navigation bar serves as the central menu for accessing primary application modules in Athennian. An automated navigation overflow menu dynamically reorganizes side menu icons based on available screen height and browser zoom levels to ensure key functionality remains accessible.

Main Menu Sections
Tasks
Displays the list of tasks across all entities in the database. Use this tab to modify, create, or delete tasks across entity records. For more information on task workflows, consult Tasks from the Athennian Help Center.
Entities
Displays the master list of corporate entity records across the database. Select any record to view details, or add new entity records using the step-by-step guides found in Entities.
People
Displays all People records across the entire database. Select any record to view details, or add new records using the Person Records collection of articles on the Athennian Help Center.
Reports
Accesses system and custom reports generated across entities in the database. To learn how to create and navigate reports, consult the Reporting section of the Athennian Help Center.
Templates
Restricted to Administrators to navigate, download, and modify document template configurations. To learn more about building custom templates, consult Document Automation.
Access
Restricted to Administrators to invite new individuals to the platform and manage data access permissions. Learn more about permissions Access.
Access Navigation Bar Overflow Menu
Locate the main navigation bar along the left side of the screen
Click More at the bottom of the navigation bar to expand overflow menu icons that exceed vertical screen limits
Adjust browser zoom settings to automatically recalculate visible navigation icons and overflow panel items
Additional Important Notes / Tips
Note:
The side menu dynamically increases or decreases visible navigation icons based on vertical screen space and browser zoom levels
Access to the Templates and Access sections remains restricted to users with Administrator permissions
System icons at the bottom of the navigation bar remain positioned cleanly to prevent overlap with expanded overflow menu items
