Getting to know a new piece of technology can be intimidating and frustrating. That's why we're constantly working hard to ensure that our Help Center provides many help articles and training materials.
If along the way you have any questions you come across that you can’t find the answer in the Athennian Help Centre, please message the Athennian Support Team. You can reach us via:
- Click on the Help or Owl icon in the bottom left-hand corner of Athennian
- This will open the Resource Center
- Select Support Request and fill in the form that appears
To get started, make sure you're using the Google Chrome web browser as this is the browser that is recommended by Athennian for the smoothest experience.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is the first thing you will see when you open up the Entity Manager application. On the Dashboard, you will find the following:
- Entities: A list of the most recent entities you've worked in
- Documents: A list of the most recent documents you've opened
- Tasks: A list of the overdue or upcoming tasks for all of the entities across the database
- Help Center: A hyperlink to our Athennian Help Center
- Feedback Center: We take feedback seriously here at Athennian and many of our best features have come from ideas submitted to our Feedback Center. Learn more about how to submit feedback in our Understanding the Feedback Center article!
Main Menu
Down the left side of the screen, are icons that are essentially the Main Menu of Athennian. These icons will appear on the left at all times, so no matter where you are within Athennian, you can navigate to the features you need.
Tasks
In the Tasks section, you will find the list of tasks for all of the entities across the database. Navigate through this tab to modify, create, or delete any task in the database. For more information on how the tasks work, consult this section of the Athennian Help Center.
Entities
The Entities section is where you will find a list of all of the entities across the database. Navigate through the entities by simply clicking into any one of the records, and add new entities to this list with the help of our step-by-step help articles found here.
People
The People section is where you will find a list of all of the people records for the entire database. Navigate through the people by simply clicking into any one of the records, and add new people to the list with the help of our step-by-step help articles found in the Person Records collection of articles on the Athennian Help Center.
Reports
The Reports section allows you to navigate through any report created for any of the entities across the database. To learn how to create/navigate through the reports, please consult this section of the Athennian Help Center.
Templates
The Templates section is available for users who are Administrators. In this section, you can navigate through, download, and modify the configurations of all of the document Templates in the application. For those who are already creating their own Templates, this collection of articles might be helpful.
Access
The Access section is limited to Administrators, who can invite new individuals to the Athennian platform and manage the access those individuals have to different sets of data. Learn more about Access here.
