Edit the subject line of the automated welcome email sent to new users upon their invitation to the platform. This update allows administrators to align the initial user experience with specific branding or internal communication standards.
Overview
Administrative-level customization for the subject lines of automated welcome emails. This update enables firm-specific messaging implemented across all new invitations sent from the platform.
Availability: All customers. Only Administrators have access to that feature.
Edit the Welcome Email Title
Navigate to the top-right profile icon and select Settings
Select the Preferences section below Account
Scroll to the bottom and select the Welcome Emails tab
Enter the preferred text in the email title field, such as "Welcome to ClientX. Athennian, here are your login instructions."
Click away from the field, and the new title will be saved automatically
You may select the Reset to default button if you wish to return to the default system baseline title

Notes:
- Changes made to the welcome email title apply only to invitations sent after the update is saved and will not retroactively change emails already in a user's inbox
