We have refreshed the Debt section with a cleaner, more consistent interface that makes inputting and reviewing intercompany loan transactions faster and more intuitive.

Automatic Share Cancellation for Closed Entities via Amalgamation & Dissolution Tasks
Transitioning an Amalgamation or Dissolution task to Completed now prompts a confirmation step featuring an option to automatically cancel outstanding securities transactions:
- Automatic Cancellation Transactions: Selecting Create cancellation transactions generates a cancellation entry covering the total active holding balance for every shareholder.
- Targeted Amalgamation Scope: For amalgamations, these updates strictly apply to the specific entities being closed as part of the amalgamation.
- Unchanged Workflows: Standard processes for entity closure and principal deactivation continue to function as before.
