The Athennian Community is a place where Athennian users can ask questions, share best practices, engage in discussions, and connect and learn from each other.

To get the most out of the community we ask that you:

• Submit Athennian Product & Feature Feedback in the right place.
  
  
• Ask for help by creating new posts and offer help to others by commenting on existing posts. Sharing your tips, advice, and experience is welcome and benefits all community members.

• Search first for similar topics to see if your question has been answered.
  
  
• Provide screen captures and code excerpts when appropriate to help others understand the problem but be sure to redact any sensitive information or protected data from all screen captures and code excerpts before you include them.
  
  Note: To include a screen capture, click the Insert image button on the toolbar. While it is possible to paste an image directly in to your content, it will not appear in the email notification that followers receive unless you use the button to upload it.

• Refrain from advertising or endorsing any products or services outside of Athennian offerings.
  
  
• Post polite, on-topic messages, free from inappropriate or abusive language. Always remain professional in your Community interactions.
