Entity Search : Favourites

This article will provide steps on how to add, remove, and view favourite entities

A. Add favourite

1. 1. Navigate to the entities section

   2. Select the checkbox on the entity(s) you wish to favourite

   3. Click the action dropdown bar in the top left

   4. Select favourite
      
      Note 1: If the combination of entities selected contains both favourited and not favourited items, all selected items will be marked as favourited.
      Note 2: No more than 50 entities can be favourited.

B. Remove favourite

1. Navigate to the Entities Section

2. Select the checkbox on the entity(s) you wish to unfavorite

3. Click the action dropdown bar in the top left

4. Select Unfavorite
   

C. View favourites

• • Display only favourites

    1. Navigate to the entities section

    2. Click the star icon to the left of the search bar
       

    3. click the star icon once again to remove the favourites filter.
       Note: Applying favourites will also combine with the existing search and filter criteria.
