Athennian takes the security of all data seriously. Learn how to log in for the first time.

You may receive an email inviting you to join Athennian, or you might be given a website link with instructions to log in. Either way, the process below will be quite similar.

There are two ways to log in to Athennian: using an email and password combination, or through a Single Sign-On (SSO) option.

First Time Logging In with a Password

For organizations using email and password logins, navigate to your Athennian login page and click the link that reads "First time logging in with a password?" (located below the "Sign in with Email" button).

On the next Password Setup screen, enter the email address that received the invitation, check the "I'm not a robot" captcha box, and click the Send request button.

You will receive a second email with the subject "Create an Athennian password" containing a link to the password setup page. Click the Create Password button in that email.

Create a Password and Register

On the Register Password page, enter your new password and re-enter it in the second field. Click Register.

Important:

  • Passwords for Athennian must meet specific length and character requirements.
  • Ensure that both entries match and that your password meets these conditions. (For more information, see the Password Security article.)
