Prerequisites

• Athennian partner account creation and login links
• Athennian API key

Steps

#1 Access

• Register or login with your partner links.
  • This is generally the person filing or managing filings.
  • If you need to collaborate with colleagues as admins, please contact your Athennian admin, representative, and/or Support.

#2 Import

• Using your key, import your Athennian entities / companies.
  • Optionally, for each filing you can invite a company-specific admin.

#3 File

• Confirm, add, and/or invite Beneficial Owners.
• If required, add or invite Company Applicants.
• Confirm and file to FinCEN. Done! ✅

#4 Billing

Receive and pay email invoice for any filings done in the previous month.

• At some point before or soon after your initial filing, please determine and communicate with your Athennian admin and/or representative:
  
  • Which FileForms account(s) / email address(es) are relevant.
  • Which FileForms pricing option you would like to request for those account(s).
  • Which email address should receive those account invoices.

• How do I know when to file / import?
  •  Your Athennian admin will let you know when you have non-exempt companies which require USA BOI filings.
  • After initial filings are complete, generally no filings will be required until there is another qualifying ownership change.
