Streamline your annual compliance by filing the Companies House Confirmation Statement (CS01) directly from Athennian.
Overview
The Confirmation Statement is a filing that must be delivered to Companies House at least once every 12 months. This process confirms that the information they hold about a company is correct and up-to-date. This feature streamlines this common task by integrating directly with Companies House from within an Entity in Athennian.
Availability: All customers upon request. Reach out to your CSM if you are interested in the UK Companies House E-Filing feature.
