Learn how to reset your password if you log in to Athennian using the Sign in with Email option and have forgotten your password!

Select Sign in with Email

To reset your password, navigate to your Athennian login screen and click on Sign in with Email.

Select Forgot Password

Click on the Forgot password? link located above the Continue button.

Enter your Email address and click on Continue to receive a password reset email.

Check your mailbox at the email address provided for instructions to reset your password.

Note: If you do not see the email in your inbox, make sure to check your junk mail before clicking on Resend email to send a second password reset email!
 

Receive Reset Password Email

You will receive an email with the subject Reset your password. Click on the Verify Your Account button to be prompted to change your password.

Change Password

On the Change Your Password screen, enter your New password and re-enter it in the second box. Click Reset password.

Important:

  • Passwords for Athennian must meet specific length and character requirements.
  • Make sure both entries match and that you create a password that fulfills these conditions. (For more information, refer to the Password Security article.)

Once your password is reset, navigate to the Athennian login page, click on Sign in with Email, enter your Email address and Password, and click Continue.

Complete MFA

You will be prompted to complete the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), as applicable. Please take a look at the How to Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) article to follow the next steps!
