Learn how to create Option Plans!
Option Plans are critical for creating an ESOP, or other equity programs for your clients. If you haven’t created a Vesting Schedule already, you may want to do that first! Click on the Vesting Schedules article for more details.

From an entity record, navigate to Securities > Options

Choose the Option Plan tab

Click New to enter the name of the Option Plan and other details

Review the information and then click Save when you’re finished
