What’s New

Refresh Your Notifications Experience

Notifications (accessible from the top bell icon) now have a refreshed look that makes updates easier to scan and review. The cleaner, more consistent design helps users quickly identify what needs their attention.

Availability: All customers*.

Release Schedule: *If you don't see the refreshed look in your environment yet, it will be available soon.

Bulk Update Task Statuses

You can now update the status of multiple tasks at once to streamline your workflow and eliminate repetitive manual work!

  • Supported Statuses: Bulk update your custom task statuses, as well as system statuses like New, Pending, and Archived, in a single action.
  • Preserving Automation: To protect data integrity and ensure all task-specific automations run correctly, the Completed status cannot be applied through bulk updates.

This allows your organization to efficiently manage internal workflow stages while preserving essential business logic when tasks are individually completed.

Availability: Customers on the Professional and Enterprise plans.

Document Automation Enhancements

Doc Coding Feature: In-Line Support for Include Segment

The Include Segment function now supports in-line placement directly within sentences or table rows while preserving surrounding formatting. Previously restricted to its own separate paragraph, reusable dynamic content can now be placed mid-sentence or inside a table cell.
