Customize Email Footers with New Branding Options
You now have more flexibility and control over how your brand appears in system-generated emails. From the Account > Branding page, Administrators can choose to set a shared, company-wide email footer or allow users to configure their own custom footers in their individual Preferences.
This update makes it easy to maintain consistent corporate branding across all Athennian-generated communications, while still supporting individual user personalization when needed.

Assign Tasks Directly to User Groups
Say goodbye to individual bottlenecks! You can now assign tasks directly to entire user groups—such as your Tax or Finance teams. When a task is assigned to a group, all users within that group will receive the relevant task updates and upcoming due date notifications.
This supports team-based task management by creating shared accountability for deadlines. By ensuring important work is visible to the entire team, you reduce reliance on single assignees and keep your priorities moving forward.
