As governance work becomes more complex, teams need better ways to stay ahead of deadlines, control how ownership is represented and manage who can see sensitive structure information.
This month’s release introduces document expiry reminders, more control over pending ownership transactions and new ways to manage and display structure chart connections.
What’s New
Stay Ahead of Document Expirations
Users can now add expiration dates to documents and set email or in-app reminders for selected recipients one week before expiry, on the expiry date or both.
This makes it easier to stay ahead of time-sensitive documents such as certificates, licenses and insurance policies without relying on spreadsheets or separate reminder systems.
Key enhancements include:
- Add expiration dates to documents
- Reduce manual tracking of time-sensitive documents
Availability: All customers.
Control How Pending Transactions Affect Ownership
Organizations can now define when transactions should impact ownership, ensuring calculations and structure charts reflect the ownership position they consider valid.
Admins can choose whether pending transactions are included, while expanded issuance visibility shows what is issued, pending or reserved, and still available. This gives teams a more accurate view of both current ownership and potential future dilution, without treating unconfirmed transactions as finalized ownership.
Availability: All customers.
Restrict Access to Specific Chart Views
Admins can now restrict individual structure chart views to specific teams, adding another layer of access control beyond entity-level permissions.
This gives teams more flexibility to protect confidential or in-progress structures and control when specific chart views are ready to be shared more broadly.
Availability: Customers on the Enterprise plan or with the Enterprise Charts add-on*.

Show More Entity Connections in Structure Charts
Structure charts can now surface principals and registrations alongside principal relationships, giving teams more flexibility in how they represent entity connections.
Users can include relationships such as directors, branches and properties directly in their charts, creating clearer outputs without treating those connections as ownership.
