Ontario EFile uses our Data Extract Task to review existing corporate information of an entity on the public record prior to filing any changes electronically. With the click of a button, the documents will then be automatically brought back into Athennian after filing into the Virtual Minute Book.
Prior to clicking the Get Data Extract button in the Data Extract Task, you will want to ensure all of the following required fields are populated.
General / Entity Details:
- Client Number
- Entity Registration Number
Task /Data Extract
- In 1. Details, add the Due Date.
- In 3. Supporting Documents, add any documents desired.
Once all of these fields have been completed fully you can now proceed with clicking Get Data Extract on the task. On the Confirm Data Look page, click on Confirm to proceed.
Note that there is an associated filing fee with a Data Extract request.
