Create, import and edit tasks across multiple entities at once to manage high-volume, repetitive work with greater accuracy and less manual effort.
Bulk task actions help teams quickly apply changes – such as updating assignees, due dates or priorities – across many tasks at once, while the global audit trail preserves full visibility and accountability for compliance confidence.

Summarize and Translate Documents with AI
We’re excited to introduce new AI capabilities that help teams get more insight from every document without leaving Athennian.

Athennian AI: Summarize generates clear, concise overviews of complex governance documents directly within the platform, making it easier to quickly understand key obligations, approvals and context.
Athennian AI: Translate allows teams to review documents in another language directly in Athennian, supporting faster cross-border reviews and collaboration while keeping document workflows centralized and consistent.
Structure Charts: Recalculate Line Paths
Our latest update introduces a Recalculate Path tool within Structure Charts to instantly clean up warped or misaligned lines between nodes.
By selecting this option in the Layout menu, users can automatically straighten connection paths for a more professional and readable chart without manual adjustment. This enhancement ensures that even the most complex ownership structures remain visually clear and organized as they expand.

Search for Entity Secondary Name
Finding the right records is now even faster with the ability to search by Secondary Equivalent Name in the Global Search bar. This update ensures that Entities are instantly discoverable regardless of whether a team member searches by a primary name or an alternative alias, such as a French translation or trade name.
