  • Updated

As structures grow more complex, clarity and control become critical. This release introduces new ways to visualize relationships, and connect Athennian data across your broader systems.

What’s New

Annotations & Custom Relationships in Structure Charts

Visualize your organization beyond ownership. With this update, you’ll be able to add custom nodes, connection lines and annotations directly within structure charts. This helps teams represent operational branches, carry vehicles or advisory entities alongside the legal structure, all in a single, decision-ready view.

Availability: Customers on the Enterprise plan*.

Release Schedule: *If you are an Enterprise customer and don't see this feature in your environment yet, it will be available soon. Please contact your CSM if you have any questions.

Learn more about it here.

Global Audit Trail Read API

Connect changes in your Athennian data to downstream systems and data lakes through the API. Capture incremental updates on your schedule to power reporting, dashboards and alerts without relying on full data exports.

Availability: Enterprise customers.

Other Enhancements

AI Centralize: Streamlined Registration Updates

Filing documents is now more efficient with AI Centralize's new ability to detect and flag registration information. When you upload files into Centralize and select “Include registration updates”, the system identifies registration details in a new Registration tab, enabling you to easily and quickly update an entity's registration records directly within AI Centralize.

Availability: Customers with Athennian AI: Centralize and Initialize.

Find Entities Faster with a Searchable Custom Field

Admins can now designate an Entity custom field (short answer text type) as searchable, allowing users to locate entity records by searching for its custom field's value in Global Search, the Entities page and the Select Entity modal.

Note: Only one entity text field can be set as searchable within your environment. You can configure this setting in Settings > Custom Fields.

Read more about how Admins can self-manage Custom Fields here.

Availability: Customers with the Configurability add-on (formerly named Customization).

Entity Status Now Visible on the Overview Page

We've updated the Entity Overview page to display the Entity Status by default, a key field stored under General > Details. This makes it quicker to see the current legal status of your entities. Additionally, you can use the Edit Display feature to manage the visibility of this status on the Overview page.

Availability: All customers by default. *The “Edit Display” feature is available to customers on the Professional and Enterprise plans.
