Seamlessly connect Athennian to AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Gemini via Model Context Protocol (MCP). This integration allows users to securely query and analyze entity data using intuitive, natural language prompts.
By bringing governance data directly into the AI environments your team relies on, Read MCP accelerates legal research, compliance audits, ownership analysis, and due diligence—eliminating the need to manually navigate and compile data across individual entity records. Read MCP currently supports read-only access and will not modify data in Athennian.

Updated Navigation Bar
We’ve updated the main navigation sidebar with a dynamic "More" menu that automatically organizes overflow items based on your screen resolution and zoom level.
This improvement keeps your navigation clean and uncluttered while ensuring high-frequency tools remain easily accessible—providing a smoother experience for administrators and power users managing extensive feature sets.

Tasks Assigned to User Groups
Tasks can now be assigned directly to functional user groups (such as Tax or Finance), automatically dispatching due date reminders and task updates to all members of the group.
Group assignments foster shared accountability across team workflows, mitigate bottlenecks associated with single assignees, and maintain full visibility over critical deadlines.

Entity Formation Date as a Shape Colour in Charts
Customize your Structure Charts by using entity formation dates to automatically drive shape and colour styling. Rules can be configured based on exact, before, or after dates, and combined with existing entity attributes.
This feature provides clear, point-in-time visual insights, making it simple to highlight newly incorporated entities, historical structures, or date-sensitive corporate restructuring.
