Athennian has updated the Access Group section of the application, allowing Admins to quickly find the entities you're looking for when creating large-scale Access Groups. This feature is particularly helpful for teams that manage hundreds or thousands of entities and need to grant access to a group quickly based on specific criteria.
Using the New Access Filters
To use the new Access Filters, follow these steps:
-
As an Admin, navigate to Access Groups
-
Click New
-
Enter a Title for your new Access Group
-
Click Add Entities and People
-
Select Entity
You'll now see an Access Filter bar at the top of the Select Entity modal.
Filter Options
You can now filter entities using the following options:
-
Search for entities: Type in the name of a specific entity you are looking for.
- Filter by the following dropdowns:
- Status
- Jurisdiction
- Company Group
Once your results are returned, you can:
-
Select All: Add all returned entities to your Access Group by checking the top-left checkbox.
-
Select individual entities: Choose specific entities from the filtered list to add to your Access Group, by checking off the box next to their name.
This enhancement allows you to quickly find and bulk select entities, streamlining the process of adding them to Access Groups. You can also Create a new entity from this section if you notice one is missing by clicking on + New.
