Overview
The Structure Charts export functionality provides a quick and efficient way to generate a comprehensive ownership report. Instead of a standard export with limited information, this feature allows selecting various data points, including Entity details, Ownership specifics such as share class and voting rights, and even Custom Fields.
This tailored approach ensures teams can access the precise information needed for compliance, reporting, and analysis, directly from the visual context of a chart.
Availability: Customers on the Professional and Enterprise plans.
Export a Customized Ownership Report
Follow these steps to generate and download a custom ownership report from a Structure Chart.
- Navigate to the desired Entity
- Select the Structure Charts tab
- Build your chart as desired
- Click the Export button in the top right corner
- In the dropdown, select Export XLSX as the format
- In the Include data in export section, check the boxes next to the data under Standard Fields and Custom Fields to include in the report. Select all by checking the All box at the top. Options include:
- Name
- Entity Status
- Entity Type
- Parent
- Ownership %
- Shares Issued
- Class
- Voting Rights
- Fiscal Year-End
- Country of Incorporation
- Region of Incorporation
- Date of Incorporation
- Business Address
- Currency
- Principals
- Tax ID
- Company Group
- Custom Entity Subtype
- Any available Custom Fields
- Click Export
- The Excel file is generated and downloaded to the local device
