Structure Charts: Create Levels and Groups

  • Updated

Flexible visual grouping allows corporate teams to bypass standard parent-subsidiary hierarchy lines and place records into dedicated visual clusters. Assigning criteria-based or freeform groupings ensures charts clearly convey internal strategy, geographical regions, or transaction status without altering underlying database ownership records.

Overview

The chart grouping functionality permits the placement of entity and person records into custom visual boundaries regardless of their underlying ownership connections. Users can define automated groups based on specific field criteria or manually build freeform clusters to highlight strategic groupings like regional entities or pending transactions.
