Track and apply entity modifications, ownership updates, and structural changes across saved chart views without losing historic point-in-time snapshots.

Saved structure chart views surface backend database modifications made since the snapshot was created, enabling corporate teams to review changes selectively and maintain an accurate audit trail as corporate structures evolve.

Overview

The saved view entity change tracker surfaces changes made to entity records and ownership connections after a structure chart view has been saved. Users can inspect historical updates, apply specific record or relationship changes directly to the chart canvas, and maintain clear audit logs.

Availability: Customers on the Enterprise plan or with the Enterprise Charts add-on.

Additional Important Notes / Tips

Note:

  • Applying updates introduces new records and relationship lines to the canvas without overwriting existing manually placed shapes

  • All chart view modifications and applied entity updates automatically log in the system audit trail

  • Restricting a chart view controls snapshot visibility without modifying underlying entity-level database permissions
