Manage user access to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and the Athennian AI suite.
Overview
The PII Access and Athennian AI Access features allow Administrators to manage and control which users can access sensitive data and utilize AI functionalities. This ensures data privacy and security within the organization's account.
Availability: All customers.
Note:
- The Access section is restricted to Office-Admins and Administrators
- Customers must purchase the Athennian AI add-on to use the AI feature
Manage Users' PII and AI Access
- Navigate to the Access section in the main navigation menu
- Click on the Users tab
- Use the Search bar to find the specific user to modify
- Click on the user's name to open their profile
- Note: The PII Access and AI Access columns indicate either Yes (enabled) or No (disabled)
- In the User's Overview tab, click the Edit button in the top right-hand corner
- Scroll down to the PII Access and AI Access toggles
- PII Access: When toggled on, it grants the user access to Driver's License Number, SSN, Passport Number, Date of Birth and DIN/PAN fields on all People profiles
- AI Access: When toggled on, it allows the user to use AI credits and functionality
- Click the toggle to turn access On or Off
- Click the Update button to save the changes
