Enhance your securities management and accurately reflect changes in Ownership with Transfer Transactions.
Overview
Transfer Transactions record the exchange of securities from one owner to another within an Entity. This process ensures the Entity's ownership records remain current and accurate.

Access the Transfer Transaction Menu
Navigate to the Entity that requires the change
Click on the Securities section on the left-hand side of the screen
Click on Ownership in the drop-down list
Click on the Transactions tab
Edit an Existing Transfer Transaction
Select the existing Transfer transaction from the available list of transfers
In the Transfer modal that appears, scroll down to the Total Amount Disposed* field and edit the amount as needed
You can also make changes to the Transaction Date*, Resolution Date, Price per share* and Transfer Number
Locate the corresponding field BELOW the Total Amount Disposed* (this reflects the number of units transferred)
Adjust this second field to match the new Total Amount
Click Update to save the changes
A green banner will appear stating "Transfer Saved Successfully".
Note: The changes made in the Transactions section will automatically update the Certificates as well.
