Delete an Entity Record

Learn how easy it is to delete an entity in Athennian!

Important: Only users who have been assigned an Administrator or Office Admin role in Access can delete an entity.

1. Navigate to an entity's file status dropdown and select the DELETE option.
2. A pop-up will open asking to review and confirm the access to be revoked from any access group(s) before proceeding.
   
   Note: This action cannot be undone, so be sure that you are sure you want to do this.
3. Click Confirm.
4. The entity record will automatically be deleted.
