Overview
Deleting an Entity removes all associated data from the Athennian platform. This action is permanent and should be performed with caution to ensure data integrity across the Office.

Verifying User Permissions
Before attempting to remove a record, ensure the correct permissions are active. Only users assigned an Administrator or Office Admin role within Access possess the authority to delete an Entity.
Executing the Deletion
Follow these steps to permanently remove an Entity record:
Navigate to the specific Entity profile and click the Status dropdown above
Select the Delete option from the available list
Review the pop-up window displaying the Access Group(s) whose access will be revoked
Confirm that the action is intentional, as this process cannot be undone
Click the red Confirm to finalize the removal
Note: An Entity cannot be deleted if it is still referenced in other entities. It is therefore essential that you delete all Affiliations, Associations, Classes, Transactions, Addresses and Registrations before attempting to Delete an entity.
