Leverage the Filter feature to refine and organize the list of Affiliations or Associations within an Entity record. This feature helps focus the view based on criteria such as Roles, Status, and date ranges.

Overview

Use filters in the Affiliations and Associations lists to refine and organize records for better visibility. This feature allows users to view only the relationships relevant to their task, such as active directors or ultimate beneficial owners.

Availability: All users.


Set Filters

  1. Within an Entity record, navigate to Relationships
  2. Select Affiliations or Associations
  3. Click on the Filter button at the top to view available options
  4. Select the desired details to filter by: Roles, Titles, Status, Start Date Range, or End Date Range
  5. For example, to view a list of only active Ultimate Beneficial Owners, select Roles to Ultimate Beneficial Owner and Status to Active
  6. Click Apply to view the updated list
  7. To clear the active filters, click the X next to the filter or click Clear all filters

Update the Order of Lists

  1. To manually change the order of the results, click on Reorder
  2. Drag and drop the records as desired
  3. Alternatively, use the Sort option to organize records by clicking on the column titles, such as Name, Role, Effective Date, or End Date
  4. Clicking a column title repeatedly sorts the list in ascending or descending order
  5. Click Apply to view the updated list
  6. To clear the active filters, click the X next to the filter or click Clear all filters

Save a Filter

  1. Once a Filter has been created, click on + Save Filter
  2. In the modal, enter a Filter Name
  3. Click Save

Note: The new Filter will then be available for quick access in the Select A Filter To Load dropdown to the left of the Filter button.

Delete a Saved Filter

  1. Select the desired Saved Filter from the Select A Filter To Load dropdown
  2. Click the Filter button to open the filter options
  3. Select Delete Filter
