We’re excited to share the latest updates to the Athennian platform, designed to enhance your workflows and streamline your experience. Here’s what's new:

What’s New

  • AI Centralize: Users will be able to see the status of an entity record or person record in the overview when they use Centralize. This will help clarify and direct teams when deciding which record to save a document to, giving them visibility into whether the profile is active or closed.

What’s Fixed

  • Overview
    • Notes: When you preview the entity’s Overview Notes, they will display in their original format, making it easier to view and read key pieces of information.
  • General
    • Entity Type Description: We've changed this field and updated its format so it shows as a text box.
    • Jurisdiction: The County field now appears below the Region field for better organization.
    • Custom Fields Tab: This tab displays correctly in the sidebar. If you do not have access to custom fields, this section will be locked for users.
  • Securities
    • Classes: The list of Classes loads optimally for all users.
    • Ownership: The Code column in the Classes table is now sorted based on the applied sort order, which may differ from the certificate code number.
  • Structure Charts
    • Edit Visibility: Holding Shift and dragging to select multiple nodes in Edit Visibility works as expected.
  • Minute Book
    • Headers: Headers in the Table of Contents and Header sections of downloaded Minute Book PDFs retain accents and special characters.
  • Entities
    • Last Modified: The Last Modified date is working and displaying as expected in the entity list columns.
  • Access
    • Users/User Groups: We've improved the speed and performance at which this area loads.
