November’s release helps teams work faster with reusable charts, cleaner reporting tools and clearer task organization. These updates bring more consistency and control to the parts of governance ops you rely on every day.

What’s New

Save Structure Chart Views

Create chart views and versions once and save them to reuse or surface anytime. With this release, you can preserve layout filters, legends and hidden nodes so teams can always return to the exact view they need for KYC reviews, investor reporting, tax submissions and more. This makes it easy to deliver consistent, presentation-ready structure charts across departments without repeating setup work.

Reports: New Look

Custom Reports now features a refreshed interface built for a cleaner, more flexible reporting experience. You’ll notice an updated layout that makes it easier to access saved and scheduled reports, along with collapsible panels that give you more space to review data on screen. All existing functionality remains available, and you can toggle back to the current layout if needed.

People in Reports

This month, we’re also bringing people record data to Custom Reports. Just like with entity reports, you can select filters and fields, save report configurations and schedule delivery to keep everyone aligned. People reports give you quicker access to director, officer, signatory and UBO details, helping you move through KYC checks, audits and compliance reviews faster and with far less manual effort.

Availability: All customers*.

Checklists in Tasks

Break large tasks into manageable steps with new checklist functionality. Add sub-items directly in tasks to track progress and stay on top of incorporations, filings or compliance reviews. With clearer workflow organization and visibility, your team can improve accountability and collaborate more effectively across governance operations.

Promissory Notes on Rollover Transactions

To accommodate promissory notes that are often included in Section 85 rollovers, we’ve introduced a new Promissory Details section within Issuance and Transfer transactions (when the type is set to Rollover). This allows you to record whether a promissory note exists, its value, interest rate, and expiry date directly within the transaction.

Availability: All customers.

Old Experience Sunset

The new interface is now the default and only option for the following sections: Entity General, Governance, Securities, Principals, Relationships, Entity and People Documents, Entity and People List View, and the Settings page.

What’s Improved

Minute Book: New “View with Adobe” Option for PDF Download

We’ve added a new "View with Adobe" option to the Download Settings when generating a Minute Book as a PDF.

When this option is selected, the PDF is optimized to work with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

This ensures that when you click a link in the Table of Contents, the PDF opens to the first page of the corresponding document, offering a more reliable, seamless navigation experience.

Minute Book: Read-Only Download Enhancement

Read-only users can now download individual files in their original format directly from the Minute Book.

Entity and People List: Enhanced Access Group Visibility

In the Entity and People list, hovering over the Access Group column now fully expands the list of all access group names when an entity or person belongs to multiple groups.

Previously, this showed a truncated view (e.g., [access group name] +1). This update provides clearer, immediate visibility into all associated access groups.
