Athennian now enables direct submission of your company’s annual confirmation statement to Companies House via the CS01 - Confirmation Statement filing, ensuring seamless compliance with UK regulatory requirements by documenting essential company details and changes.

Filtering in Reports enabled for Read-Only Users
Read-Only users can now filter within Reports, allowing them to refine data views and surface specific structures or results based on their access permissions.

Accurate Historical Ownership with As At Dates in Structure Charts
As-At Date allows users to backdate Structure Charts to a specific point in time. This ensures the chart only displays Entities and Ownership connections that were active on that date, reflecting an accurate historical snapshot.
