Custom Fields
Add Custom Fields as Filterable Options
We’re adding more flexibility to Structure Charts with a new update that allows you to use Custom Fields as filters. If your organization tracks important entity details like Project ID or Carry Vehicle, you will be able to filter charts based on these fields—helping you quickly find and visualize the most relevant entities.
What’s changing:
- Use Custom Fields as Filters – Picklist, multi-pick, and date-based custom fields can now be used to refine your structure charts.
- See Only What Matters – Filter large charts down to the most relevant entities in seconds.
- Admin Control – Super admins can enable filtering for specific custom fields based on their team’s needs.
Note: This feature will be OFF by default for existing customers. If you’d like to enable filtering for your custom fields, please reach out to your CSM.
