AI Centralize: Remove Filing to Unmanaged Entities
When filing documents to entities in Centralize, users will no longer be able to select Not Managed entities from the available list as these entities do not have Minute Books to file to.
AI Centralize: Give Users Ability to Hide Principals Tab
Users can now control the visibility of the Principals Tab in Centralize based on their needs during document upload.
- A new "Include Principal Updates" checkbox allows users to enable or disable principal updates when uploading documents.
- Depending on the selection, the Principals Tab will either be visible or hidden by default once the upload is processed.
- Users can always toggle the tab back on if needed, ensuring flexibility.
- This feature helps teams streamline their workflow by deciding upfront whether to manage principal updates or focus solely on filing documents into minute books.
Custom Fields: Give User Role Ability to Add Custom Field Picklist Options
Under General > Custom Fields, users with a User type role can now manage Custom Fields, by adding new items for picklist dropdowns.

Custom Fields in New Experience for Office-Admins
Office-Admins can now successfully manage Custom Fields by adding new items to a picklist dropdown leveraging the “Manage” button in the New Experience, preserving the existing functionality.
