Extended Access
Now, get a clearer view of ownership with Extended Access. You can see entities and individuals connected to those you already have access to—while respecting ethical walls and permission groups.
While you won’t be able to navigate directly to these external profiles or view full records, you’ll get key details when looking at related entities or people. This ensures you have a fuller picture of ownership relationships, all while maintaining strict access controls.

- Expanded Visibility: View ownership connections beyond designated access groups, only within the context of existing records.
- Maintained Security: No direct navigation or full record access, preserving strict data boundaries.

Custom Fields as Editable Columns on Entities Table
Take full control over how you view and manage entity data with custom fields as editable columns. Now, you can set display rules to add custom field variables directly into the main entities table. Custom Fields as Structure Chart Legend
Make structure charts more informative by adding picklist-value custom fields as categories in the chart legend. You can even assign colors to field values, making it easier to spot key entity details at a glance. UI Update: Entities View
Navigate more smoothly with our updated All Entities page and modals. A new experience toggle lets you easily switch between the old and new UI for 30 days after launch, so you can explore the improved interface while still having the option to switch back if needed.

UI Update: People View
Enjoy a more intuitive navigation experience with UI enhancements to the People page and corresponding modals. An experience toggle lets you switch between the new and old versions, so you can dive straight into the updated layout.

Select Person Modal Enhancement
When you click on a person's profile in the left panel of the Select Person modal, the addresses, communications, and associations associated with that profile will appear in the right panel. This preview assists you in choosing the right profile for improved accuracy.
Athennian AI: What’s New
AI Centralize & Initialize - Allow Custom ˇitle selection in Principals
Athennian AI now offers the ability to select Custom Titles for Principals, which are linked to existing roles. This enhancement improves data accuracy and streamlines the management of principal records.
AI Initialize & Centralize: Default Filter
Athennian AI users can now set a default filter that will be automatically applied each time they access the tool. Users can toggle between different filter views and save a new default view if desired. This feature allows for a more personalized experience by enabling users to view their preferred view without having to manually adjust filters each time.
AI Centralize: Save Document to Documents Section in an Entity
Athennian's AI Centralize now offers increased flexibility for document filing. When filing documents, you can save them directly to an entity's Documents section and choose the specific folder or sub-folder location, providing a convenient alternative to the Minute Book.
AI Initialize: Add * as default field for Certificate Code
When filing a document in AI Initialize, the Certificate Code now autofills and defaults to "*" if the document does not specify a certificate code.
What's Fixed
New Experience
- People - Contact Notes: The character limit for notes in the New Experience UI has been increased from 100 to 1,000, matching the limit in the previous UI.
- Documents - DocuSign: DocuSign documents sent for e-signature but only partially signed can now be deleted in the New Experience UI.
- Documents - PDF Conversion: The ability to convert Word documents to PDF has been restored for users who have the 'New Experience' feature toggled off.
iManage
- File names are now retained in their entirety, including all characters after a period (.), when uploading documents via iManage.
Move to Minute Book
- Resolved an issue where Minute Book folders were duplicated in the 'Select Location' modal when moving documents for entities created from templates.
